“I was asked by a farrier why GLUSHU given all of the choices we have nowadays?
Where all shoes have a time and place, when glueing I find myself using GLUSHU most by far for several reasons.
Important ones are:
The aluminium core, allowing me to do all that I could build in a regular shoe, including SAPAS and the use of (wedge)pads.
The cuffs: allowing a big glueing area in my experience securing the shoe much better compared to composite shoes that are glued just to the foot surface.
These shoes also have a sufficiently high cuff. Important when you use pads.
The thickness of the pad obviously reduces the effective height of the cuff because the foot is raised by the height of the pad. 4 to 5 mm easily or even more.
And let's not forget availability and price. Where all glueing applications can get really expensive, GLUSHU sure is a whole lot cheaper than other types of glue on applications I came across.
